The personal-profile-versus-business-page debate is one I get asked about every single week. Coaches worry they are 'doing it wrong' by posting from their personal profile. You are not doing it wrong. You are probably just not using each one for the job it is built for.
Your personal profile still gets the best organic reach on Facebook, and it carries the trust that comes with a real human face. For coaches that matters enormously, people hire humans, not logos. Use your profile to be visible, to share your thinking, and to gently point people toward your group and your offers.
Your page is where your business lives. It is the place for your offers, your booking links, your reviews and the polished teaching content that says 'this is a real operation.' Its organic reach is poor. That is expected. So do not treat it like a feed. Treat it like a storefront people visit on purpose.
When the Coaching Client System connects them, the flow is smooth: your profile warms people up, your group builds the relationship, and when they are ready, your page is where they book, with RMM handling the enquiry and the follow-up in between.
Use your profile to be seen. Use your page to be booked.
Feeling stuck on any of this? A quick, no-pressure 15-minute call is the easiest way to get unstuck and see if my 1:1 help or RMM could be a fit. It is not a free coaching session, and there is no hard pitch.
Book a quick, no-pressure 15-minute call. It isn't a free coaching session and there's no hard pitch, just an honest look at where you're stuck and whether my 1:1 help or RMM could be a fit for where you are right now.
