Most coaches think getting clients on Facebook means either running ads or sliding into strangers' messages with a pitch. Neither works the way it used to. The clients I help coaches land almost all come from one place: a group where people feel safe enough to actually say what they are struggling with.
The simplest lead-generation move is a useful post that invites a specific reply. The format I use is three parts: a recognisable situation, one small tip, and a question. 'Do you ever get to Friday and realise you have spent the whole week looking after everyone except yourself? One thing that helps is deciding what your ten minutes looks like before the day gets busy. What usually gets in your way: time, energy or remembering?' Replies come in, and each one is someone who has told you exactly how to help.
This is the part most coaches get wrong. They treat every comment as a lead to be closed. The guide I work from says the opposite: match the next step to what someone is actually asking for. If they need an answer, reply in the comments. If they want to explore, continue in a PM with their permission. If they are considering support, then a short call makes sense. A useful test: would this next step genuinely help them, even if they never became a client?
This is where the Coaching Client System earns its keep. When someone is ready for a next step, the enquiry form, the booking page and the follow-up are already set up in RMM, so the admin does not depend on you remembering every detail in your head.
You do not need more leads. You need fewer of the right ones to go cold.
The full framework is in the free guide if you want it laid out simply. Grab it and you will see the whole system end to end.
The guide walks through the full framework for turning your Facebook audience into booked calls, without the tech overwhelm.
