If you are a coach, Facebook is still the single best place to build an audience that becomes clients. But only if you use it the way it was designed. The biggest mistake coaches make is treating their personal profile, their page and their group as three separate, disconnected things. They are not. They are one system, and when each piece works with the others, each one feeds the next.
Coaching is a trust business. People hire you because they believe you understand their problem and you can help. Facebook is built for exactly that kind of slow-burn trust: the comments, the messages, the community, the live videos. Every interaction on Facebook is a chance to show a real person how you think and how you help.
The framework I teach every coach I work with: your profile warms people up, your group builds the relationship, and a simple follow-up process (built on RMM and the Coaching Client System) helps you keep track of the conversations that are going somewhere. When the three are wired together, you stop posting into the void and start building a real pipeline.
Treat your personal profile like a sales page for you as a coach. A clear banner that says who you help, a bio that names the one transformation you are known for, and pinned content that walks a brand-new visitor from 'who is this?' to 'I should look into this.'
Your Facebook group is where casual followers become familiar. Post useful prompts that invite people to share a struggle, reply with genuine help in the comments, and ask before you move anything to a PM. That is your whole lead-generation engine, no ads required.
You do not need to turn every comment into a client. You need a thoughtful way to recognise interest and help people move forward. The Coaching Client System, run on RMM, helps with the remembering: once someone is interested, the enquiry form, the booking calendar and the follow-up messages are already set up, so the admin stops eating your evenings.
An engaged audience you have built genuine goodwill with is the single most valuable asset your coaching business can have.
Feeling stuck on any of this? A quick, no-pressure 15-minute call is the easiest way to get unstuck and see if my 1:1 help or RMM could be a fit. It is not a free coaching session, and there is no hard pitch.
Book a quick, no-pressure 15-minute call. It isn't a free coaching session and there's no hard pitch, just an honest look at where you're stuck and whether my 1:1 help or RMM could be a fit for where you are right now.
