Facebook Profile Optimization for Coaches (The 10-Minute Audit)

Your personal profile is the front door of your coaching business. When someone hears your name, the first thing they do is look you up, and they decide in about ten seconds whether you are worth a message. Here is the 10-minute audit that makes sure the answer is yes.

1. The banner

Your banner is a billboard. It should say who you help and the outcome you get them, in words a stranger could understand. Not your logo. Not a quote. A clear, confident statement of the one thing you do.

2. The bio and intro

Your bio names the transformation. 'I help [who] do [what] so they can [outcome].' Your intro section is where you can add a soft call to action, 'Come say hi in my group' with the link. Make it easy to take the next step.

3. Pinned content

Pin the one post a brand-new visitor should see first, your best teaching post, your story, or an invitation to your group. The pinned post is the second impression, make it count.

4. The path to a next step

From the banner to the pinned post, there should be a clear, visible path: 'this is who I help, this is how, here is where to start.' When the Coaching Client System is wired in, that 'start' leads to an enquiry, which leads to a booked call, when it fits.

Your profile is not a business card. It is the first step of your funnel.

Feeling stuck on any of this? A quick, no-pressure 15-minute call is the easiest way to get unstuck and see if my 1:1 help or RMM could be a fit. It is not a free coaching session, and there is no hard pitch.
