Organic vs Paid: The Coaching Marketing Order of Operations

Organic vs Paid: The Coaching Marketing Order of Operations
Share

The 'should I run ads?' question is really an order-of-operations question. Here is the sequence I give every coach I work with, and why getting it in the right order saves you a fortune and books you more clients.

Phase 1: Build organic first

Before you spend a dollar, build the audience that ads will eventually amplify: a Facebook group full of ideal clients, a personal profile that warms people up, and a Coaching Client System that helps you recognise the interest and move it forward. This is your foundation, and it costs nothing but time.

Phase 2: Prove the message resonates

Run the organic system until you can predict, roughly, how many useful-post replies turn into conversations and how many conversations turn into clients. You are not guessing. You are measuring. Once you know your numbers, you know what ads would even be amplifying.

Phase 3: Only then, amplify

Ads take what is already working and put it in front of more people. Send them to the same enquiry your organic leads use, let the same Coaching Client System help move it forward, and RMM handles the follow-up for both. Ads become wildly more profitable because you are not paying to test a funnel. You are paying to scale one that works.

Organic proves it. Ads scale it. The system is what makes either one profitable.
