A Simple Facebook Content Plan for Coaches (That Actually Books Calls)

The reason most content plans fail is they are built around the creator, not the audience. A plan that books calls is built backwards: it starts with the conversations you want to create, then works out what to post to start them. Here is a simple rhythm you can repeat forever.

The weekly rhythm

  • Monday: A useful post in the group that surfaces a specific struggle.
  • Wednesday: Teach one small thing on your profile so you stay visible.
  • Friday: Share a win or a story in the group so social proof compounds.
  • Weekend: One light, personal post on your profile so you stay human.
  • Every couple of weeks: A Facebook Live in the group to go deeper.

The four content jobs

Every post fits one of four jobs. Rotate them and you will never run dry, and your audience never feels sold to.

  • Help: solve a small problem for free.
  • Hand-raise: invite people to share a specific struggle.
  • Proof: show a result, a win or a transformation.
  • Human: show the real, unfiltered you.

The next-step mechanic

A content plan only books calls if there is somewhere to send the interest. The framework I use is simple: each post has a problem, a tip and a question. The question invites a specific reply, and from that reply you recognise interest. When a next step genuinely fits, the enquiry form and booking in RMM are already set up, and the reminder goes out before the call. So the plan is not just content, it is how conversations keep moving.

Consistency beats brilliance. Show up weekly and the calls compound.
