Lead Magnet Ideas for Coaches That Actually Fill Your Facebook Group

Lead Magnet Ideas for Coaches That Actually Fill Your Facebook Group

A lead magnet is only worth making if it does three things: it attracts your ideal client (not just anyone), it is genuinely useful (so trust is built), and it has a natural next step into the Coaching Client System. Here are the formats that do all three for coaches on Facebook.

1. The short, specific guide

A short PDF that walks through one specific process, like 'From Facebook Interest to Booked Calls.' Short enough to actually read, specific enough to actually help, and a perfect first step into your coaching. This is the format I use because it works.

2. The checklist

A one-page checklist someone can act on today. 'The seven-day Facebook group launch checklist' or 'ten questions to audit your profile.' Checklists are fast to make, fast to consume, and they make the next step obvious.

3. The template

A fill-in-the-blank version of something you use: a post template, a PM script, a content plan. Templates get used, which means the person who downloads one is already doing the work your coaching helps with.

4. The mini-course (email-based)

A three-to-five day email sequence that teaches one thing well. It lives in your list (where RMM runs the delivery) and it warms people up for a conversation, which is exactly the hand-off the Coaching Client System is built for.

What every good lead magnet has

  • One audience, one problem, one solution.
  • Genuinely useful, not a teaser for the real thing.
  • A clear next step toward your coaching offer.
A lead magnet is not a freebie. It is the first day of your coaching relationship.
