Facebook Group Membership Questions That Screen for Ideal Coaching Clients

Facebook Group Membership Questions That Screen for Ideal Coaching Clients

Your membership questions are the most under-used lead source in your entire Facebook marketing system. Most coaches ask two boring questions and ignore the answers. The ones I work with ask questions that hand them the people they can help before the new member has even posted.

The questions that screen and surface

  • What is your biggest struggle right now? (Surfaces the people your offer can help.)
  • What are you hoping to get from this group? (Tells you how to help.)
  • Where are you in your business: just starting, growing, or established? (Screens for fit.)
  • Where can I find you online? (Optional, makes the welcome feel personal.)

What to do with the answers

Every answer to the first question is someone you might be able to help. When someone names a struggle you can genuinely help with, do not wait. Welcome them in the group, then ask permission to message them a resource that helps. That is a coach reaching out, not a marketer interrupting.

The conversation hand-off

From that message, the Coaching Client System helps you keep it going. When the time is right, the enquiry form and booking in RMM are already set up, and the reminder goes out before the call. Your membership questions are not housekeeping. They are the top of your pipeline.

Your approval questions are a lead-gen form disguised as housekeeping.
